DELIVERY
Delivery charges are free of charge to addresses within mainland France with a minimum order value of €50. Order value below €50 will incur postage charge of €10. Delivery addresses outside France but within the EU and on our region delivery area list, will incur a postal charge of €15. The list of delivery regions/countries can be seen on the checkout page by searching the drop down menu. For non EU/international deliveries shown on our delivery regions page, the delivery will be €40 (sorry, but postage nowadays is very expensive, however we will send your parcel with insurance and tracking). Military addresses (APO/FPO): Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the correct shipping rate and delivery options. Customer is responsible for any customs charges/tariffs/VAT payable at point of delivery. See our full Terms & Conditions here.
We will refund the full cost of an item, including postage (if applicable), if it is faulty, PROVIDED it is returned within 7 days of delivery in its original condition, has not been worn/used and is in its original packaging. (See international returns and import charges below).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
We are delighted to send our handcrafted bags and products to customers around the world. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country's customs authorities. Unfortunately, at the current time we cannot send orders to the USA (and ancillary territories) due to the implementation of customs and processing fees which have to be paid upfront. This may change so we will update at that time.
Please note: the changes in EU PPWR packaging requirements/regulations as of 12 August 2026 means I may no longer be selling outside of France. I await clarification on this so watch this space for the future.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order. We carefully prepare and package every unique handmade piece to ensure it arrives safely at its new home.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & IMPORT CHARGES
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges paid by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. These charges are paid directly to the relevant customs authority and cannot be refunded by us. This is something you should discuss with your local authorities. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue and find the best solution.
