Gently hand wash in cool water, taking care not to rub or agitate the fibres. Leave to dry naturally - heat such as in washing or drying could felt the fibres changing the feel of the scarf.

Returns - we will refund the full cost of an item, including return postage (if applicable), if it is faulty, PROVIDED it is returned within 7 days of delivery in its original condition, has not been worn/used and is in its original packaging. Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping within the EU is free of charge and includes insurance to ensure the safe arrival of your order. For deliveries outside the EU the postage options will show at checkout. All customs and/or import fees are payable by the client.
